Qualidigm, the national collaborative healthcare consulting think tank company in Wethersfield, Conn., has hired executive Eric Boone as vice president of finance and operations. In this role, Boone provides strategic leadership and oversight to the financial, operations and information technology systems company-wide.
“I am delighted to welcome Eric to Qualidigm as vice president of finance and operations,” said Tim Elwell, Ph.D., Qualidigm president and CEO. “His extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, operational efficiencies and project management position him well to become an integral part of the Qualidigm leadership team as we continue to focus on growth to expand and extend the company’s mission on a local, regional and national level,” said Elwell.
As Qualidigm’s newly-appointed vice president of finance and operations, Boone is responsible for establishing and monitoring effective internal management, financial and operations reporting systems; ensuring compliance with governmental and management expectations; ensuring protection of the assets of the business through internal control, internal auditing, disaster recovery/business continuity; developing the company’s financial management strategy; and ensuring proper insurance and associated risk mitigation/avoidance coverage.
